Many government schools face significant challenges due to overcrowded classrooms and a shortage of qualified teaching staff. To help address this gap, we recruit and appoint additional teachers, while also covering their salaries to relieve the financial burden on schools. This intervention allows for smaller student-to-teacher ratios, ensuring that children receive greater individual attention and more effective instruction. Beyond strengthening schools, this initiative also supports the livelihoods of the teachers and their families, providing them with financial stability and professional opportunities. The teachers benefit from ongoing training at our facilities, which enhances their teaching abilities and equips them with modern educational practices. Moreover, this program empowers young women—many of whom are often confined to limited opportunities in their communities—by enabling them to pursue meaningful work in the fields they have studied, in a safe and supportive environment. Through this initiative, these educators not only fulfill their own aspirations but also give back to society by nurturing the next generation of learners, creating a ripple effect of growth and progress in regions where such opportunities are rare.
