Dr. Atiya Bashir is the visionary founder and guiding force behind Dr. Atiya’s Pearls. She leads the organization through strategic planning, innovation, and advisory oversight. Dr. Atiya actively mobilizes donations and resources, conceptualizes and launches new projects, and ensures that all initiatives align with the organization’s mission and values. She provides high-level guidance across education, welfare, and community development programs, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.
Rabia Khanzada oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of all projects. She also manages financial operations including budgeting, reporting, and donor accountability — ensuring transparency and efficient use of resources across all initiatives.
Aisha Sanam leads academic planning and quality assurance across all schools. She works closely with principals and teachers to maintain consistent learning standards, support curriculum implementation, and guide student progression.
Abdul Jabber manages on-ground operations including infrastructure maintenance, refurbishment projects, utilities, cleanliness, and daily logistics such as meals and supplies — ensuring schools remain safe and functional.
Zaffer provides administrative and operational support across multiple functions, assisting with documentation, coordination, and day-to-day tasks. His role supports the smooth functioning of school operations and administrative workflows.
To leverage my expertise as an Engineering Expert in Construction to Design and Deliver sustainable, safe, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions that uplift underserved communities. Keeping in mind Dr Attiya’s vision, I endeavor to bridge the gap between engineering excellence and social impact creating resilient buildings, improving access to essential facilities, and empowering communities to thrive with dignity, equity, and long-term sustainability.
Ghausia Fahim Balkhi brings over 30 years of corporate and international training experience to Dr. Atiya’s Pearls. As a Learning & Development Specialist, she generously volunteers her expertise to train and mentor our teachers.
She conducts online training sessions twice each month, guiding educators in effective classroom practices, professional growth, and innovative teaching methods. Her interactive approach creates a collaborative learning environment where teachers also share their classroom experiences and insights.
