Teacher’s Training and Professional Development.

At the core of every successful school is a team of empowered, skilled, and motivated teachers. Recognizing this, we place great emphasis on continuous professional development through structured teacher training sessions conducted every quarter. Each quarter, two to three comprehensive trainings are arranged, led by prestigious and corporate trainers who specialize in modern teaching methodologies, classroom management, and professional growth.

These sessions cover a wide range of topics essential for effective teaching. Teachers receive training in English language proficiency, classroom conduct, time management, and self-confidence building. They also learn how to identify and address learning gaps or deficiencies in students, ensuring that every child receives the attention and support needed to thrive academically.

To make these sessions practical and accessible, the school schedule is adjusted so that teachers are released half a day early for their training. This thoughtful arrangement allows them to participate fully without compromising their personal responsibilities, health, or family time.

The training process is not one-directional—it is built on a 360-degree feedback system. Teachers are encouraged to share their insights on what kind of training they feel they need, areas where they find challenges, and skills they would like to strengthen. This collaborative approach ensures that the sessions are relevant, responsive, and empowering. Trainers and administrators, in turn, use this feedback to refine future programs, creating a continuous cycle of growth and improvement.

The trainings also introduce teachers to new and updated educational concepts, innovative teaching methods, and modern classroom practices that align with global standards. Teachers are guided on how to apply these methods effectively within the local context, bridging traditional values with contemporary educational approaches.

Moreover, these sessions provide a safe space for teachers to discuss their hurdles, seek solutions as a team, and build a stronger sense of community and collaboration. For many, this initiative marks the first time they have received formal professional training—an empowering milestone that enhances their competence, confidence, and passion for teaching.

Through this ongoing program, we are not only improving classroom instruction but also investing in the personal and professional growth of our educators. A well-trained, confident teacher shapes confident, capable students—and this is the foundation on which our school continues to build excellence.
