Teachers receive training in English language proficiency, classroom conduct, time management, and self-confidence building. To make these sessions practical and accessible, the school schedule is adjusted so that teachers are released half a day early for their training. This thoughtful arrangement allows them to participate fully without compromising their personal responsibilities, health, or family time.
