Jam Girls Government School (JG)

Jam Girls Government School is dedicated to the education of young girls and benefits from our continued support in teacher placement, hygiene awareness, access to clean water, and overall student welfare. The school was adopted after recognizing the strong enthusiasm of young girls to pursue education within a community where female education has traditionally received limited attention. Many students were studying under challenging conditions, including outdoor spaces and inadequate facilities.

In response, additional classrooms were constructed to provide a safer and more structured learning environment. The program was further strengthened through the provision of daily meals, uniforms, and inclusion in storytelling and enrichment activities, fostering a healthier and more positive outlook toward education. Special care is taken to ensure that students attend in clean, well-fitted uniforms and are seated in appropriate classroom settings, reinforcing dignity, discipline, and self-confidence.

The school is led by a dedicated and community-connected principal whose strong leadership has enabled deeper engagement with families and a better understanding of local needs. Through this partnership, Jam Girls Government School has become a place where girls are encouraged to excel academically, develop confidence, and pursue their aspirations, contributing to long-term change within the community.
