MIAU is a long-standing institution offering both religious and academic education, and is one of our key campuses for promoting healthy living and community development. The school was originally formed within the community mosque to meet the needs of local children who previously had to travel long distances for schooling. We began by using two mosque classrooms and later constructed a dedicated school building on the same land. As part of this project, we also improved the mosque facilities, including building new bathrooms, providing the imam with proper accommodation, and renovating the original madrasa rooms. Today, the connected compound—comprising the mosque, madrasa, school, and imam quarters—functions as a clean, well-structured, and supportive environment for students and the wider community.
