Staff members are trained in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel for creating lesson plans, maintaining data, and producing report cards with accuracy and professionalism. They also learn to use virtual communication tools such as Zoom—essential for conducting Story Time sessions, online meetings, and interactive learning programs.

Participants are also taught how to share documents, collaborate digitally, and maintain proper communication through online platforms. This training enables smooth coordination between teachers and administrative staff, ensuring that information is exchanged efficiently and securely.

Staff members have also learned how to connect and manage digital equipment, including laptops, projectors, and speakers, as well as how to search the internet effectively for educational resources, stories, and exam content.
